The size of the mirror and the bracket must match each other. The POSplastika program offers adjustable metal mountings; check the exact scope of the set on the selected product.
- Existing pole: measure the diameter and take a photo of the current mounting.
- Wall mounting: specify the base, the required distance and the position of the mirror.
- New installation: specify the mirror, bracket or clamp and any pole separately in the enquiry.
Coordinate the installation along a public road with the competent road operator. For state roads, DRSI technical guidelines are available.

How big a traffic mirror do I need?
First, determine the distance between the mirror and the observation point. Then, consider the directions you want to monitor, visible obstacles, and the curvature of the mirror. The table is for orientation; the photo and layout sketch help with the final selection.
What is the difference between POSplastika and POS-SOD?
Both programs include acrylic traffic mirrors, but they differ in frame, design, and warranty information. POSplastika products provide a three-year warranty against weather influences, while POS-SOD provides a one-year warranty on metallization. Check the description of the specific product.
Which version is intended for problems with dew and ice?
Choose specially marked INOX POSplastika mirrors against dew and ice. Their descriptions state operation down to −20 °C and a six-year weatherproof guarantee. These statements do not apply to other INOX programs Steel OUT and Steel ABS without gel; check the conditions for the selected location.
Is a heated mirror possible?
The POSplastika program also describes the option of electric heating. We check the availability, power supply and suitability of the selected model in the offer. Please explicitly state the request for heating in the enquiry.
Is the wall bracket always included?
Do not assume that the mirror mount, additional wall mount, and pole are part of the same kit. Check the product for included fasteners and add a separate request for the wall mount, clamp, or pole if necessary.
What do I send for setup verification?
A photo of the location, distance to viewer, desired viewing direction, approximate size, and quantity. Please include exterior location, existing pole diameter or wall base, and any condensation, ice, or heating requirements.
