Acrylic tubes and rods
Transparent acrylic tubes and rods made of PMMA for decoration and custom products. Choose dimensions in the store or send dimensions and quantity for a cutting offer.
Which shape do you need?
Acrylic tube is hollow, while acrylic rod has a full round cross-section. Both are made of PMMA, a material also known as acrylic or acrylic glass. When choosing, consider the diameter, length and installation method in addition to the appearance.
Acrylic tubes
For transparent sleeves, decorative elements, display cases and display solutions where you need space inside.
You choose the outer and inner diameter. For example, the store has 20/18, 40/36 and 100/94 mm pipes and other dimensions.
The difference between the diameters determines the wall thickness. Check both data before purchasing.
Acrylic rods
For bases, display details, decoration and product components where you need a full transparent cross-section.
You choose the diameter of the rod. The store has diameters of 10, 15, 20, 25, 30, 40, 60 and 80 mm.
The designation D or Ø means diameter. The D20 rod has a full cross-section of 20 mm.
How do you read the dimensions?
The outer diameter is 40 mm, the inner 36 mm. The wall thickness is (40 − 36) ÷ 2 = 2 mm. The length is a separate piece of information.
The diameter of the solid rod is 20 mm. There is no inner diameter. You also select the length or specify the desired cutting length.

Cutting and machining to your dimensions
To prepare a quote, specify:
- tube or rod and diameter; in the case of a tube, also the inner diameter or wall thickness,
- the desired length of each piece in millimeters and quantity,
- the intended use and any requirements for edges, holes or gluing.

FAQ
Is an acrylic tube the same as an acrylic rod?
No. The tube is hollow and has an outer and inner diameter. The rod is solid, so you specify the diameter and length for it. The choice depends on the shape and purpose of the final product.
Where can I find prices and available dimensions?
Open acrylic tubes or acrylic rods in the store and select an item. For cutting, larger quantities or a dimension that you cannot find, send an enquiry.
What information do you need to help you make a selection?
Describe what you are making, and add dimensions and quantity. If the product will be exposed to loads, temperature or chemicals, also indicate these conditions so that we can check the suitability of the material and design.
