Do you need a custom panel or cut shape? We offer cutting with a panel saw, laser cutting of acrylic and CNC machining of various materials. We choose the method depending on the material, shape of the piece and further processing. The purchase of the entire format is not necessary.

Panel saw, laser or CNC?

Cutting with a panel saw

For straight cuts of acrylic and polycarbonate glazing. In the enquiry, please indicate the length and width of each piece and state whether the edges will be visible or additionally processed.

Laser cutting of acrylic

For straight cuts and shapes according to a vector plan. We laser-cut acrylic (PMMA). For polycarbonate glazing, we select a different suitable cutting method.

CNC cutting and processing

For acrylic, polycarbonate glazing, composite panels, aluminium and technical materials such as POM. Milling, drilling, countersinking, threading and processing on both sides are also possible.

Processing options

Laser cutting PMMA	Surface 2050 × 3050 mm; thickness up to 30 mm.
CNC machining	Surface 2050 × 4000 mm; workpiece height up to approximately 80 mm.

These are processing options, not sales formats of panels. The feasibility of each piece is checked according to the material, geometry and required processing.

Flat sheet or machined component?

For a rectangular plate, the starting point is the dimensions. For a bracket with holes or a piece with threads, add a plan, as not all details are visible from the external dimensions. Send the sketch or file by email.
