The variety of services we offer ensures a flawless product complete. A high-performance Protek CNC machine and laser devices from Trotec and Spirit ensure exceptionally precise processing.

CUTTING OF MATERIAL

You do not need to purchase entire formats, as we offer three different types of cutting in the company:

• Rough cutting with a format saw, enabling straight cuts of acrylic glass and polycarbonate panels.

• Laser cutting of acrylic/plexiglass enables straight and extremely precise cuts with clean, glossy edges. Laser beam cutting—from simple to more complex shapes—takes place according to vector plans.

Material thickness up to 30 mm

• CNC cutting is suitable for cutting various materials (plexiglass, polycarbonate, plastic, composite panels, aluminum, pom acetal, cardboard, paper, and others). In addition to basic cutting, we can also provide edge finishing, engraving, relief milling, double-sided milling, thread production, drilling and knurling, and shaping demanding pieces from 2D designs.

EDGE PROCESSING

Processed edges give the product a touch of aesthetic refinement. We are professionally trained for:

• Edge polishing on flat surfaces of various materials (plexiglass, polycarbonate, POM, PVC) from matte to high gloss, where the edges are crystal clear.

• Rounding edges at an angle or in a radius with the option of double-sided processing. A rounded edge gives the object a softer appearance.

ENGRAVING

We engrave both flat and curved surfaces.

• Laser engraving of panels of various materials from simple texts to the most demanding graphics, including photographs up to a size of 2050 x 3050 mm.
• Laser engraving on circular surfaces of plexiglass tubes and rods up to a length of 650 mm and an outer diameter of 150 mm.

BENDING OR THERMAL SHAPING

Complex shapes do not pose a problem for us, as our associates are also trained in sheet thermoforming. The company’s machinery and employee expertise allow:

• Hot line bending of plexiglass and polycarbonate up to a length of 2050 mm and a thickness of 15 mm.
• Thermoforming according to a mold.

MANUFACTURING

METALLIZATION

This is a process in which, in special airtight chambers, we apply various metals under high vacuum to transparent color plexiglass, achieving a high gloss effect with a shiny surface. In this way we produce colored plexiglass mirrors.
