Acrylic machining and custom fabrication
From the board to the finished product: we advise on material selection, prepare a 2D plan and perform cutting, edge processing, engraving, bending and gluing. Choose a service or describe the entire product you need.
Which service do you need?
Sheet cutting
Straight cuts with a saw, laser cutting of acrylic and CNC machining according to plan.
Edge finishing
Polished or matte edges, angled picking and rounding depending on the material and product.
Laser engraving
Texts and graphic motifs on boards and round surfaces of acrylic tubes and rods.
Bending
Hot linear bending of acrylic and polycarbonate glazing and thermoforming of sheets after molding.
Fabrication and bonding
Preparation of parts, gluing and connection of individual treatments into a final acrylic product according to your design.
First the application, then the material
When choosing, we consider the purpose of the product, its shape and the desired appearance. We advise on acrylic (PMMA), polycarbonate glazing, PETG, PVC, foamed PVC and engineering plastics. If you are not yet familiar with the material, describe the application. You can send a sketch or plan by email. We also offer technical drawing of vector 2D plans.
Metallization of acrylic
We apply metal to transparent coloured acrylic under high vacuum, thus producing coloured acrylic mirrors. For the desired appearance and implementation, send an example of use.
One need, multiple related treatments
For an acrylic stand, the cutout shape, visible edges, fold and engraved inscription can be important. Therefore, it is useful to send a description of the entire product, even when you are only inquiring about one service.
What to send for a quote
- The purpose of the product and its place of use.
- Material, color and thickness, if you already know them.
- Final dimensions of each piece and quantity.
- Desired treatment, sketch or plan; photos can be sent by email.
