We produce the pieces with appropriate cutting and CNC or laser processing of acrylic. The plan should show the composition of the product, openings, and dimensions of the parts that contact each other.

Acrylic fabrication and bonding
Do you need an assembled acrylic product? We combine cutting, edge finishing, bending and bonding to produce the complete item. Send a plan or describe what the product should enable and how it should look.
From individual parts to the finished product
Bonding acrylic and polycarbonate glazing
We coordinate the choice of adhesive and the method of joining with the material and shape of the product. Please specify visible joints and surfaces where the final appearance is important. We do not assume the same process for both materials.
Finishing and details
Production can also include bending, edge processing or engraving. In your enquiry, specify all the desired details so that the dimensions and positions of individual parts are coordinated in the plan.
From your sketch to the finished product
If you do not yet have a completed plan, start with a description of the application and basic dimensions. We advise on the choice of material, and we can also prepare 2D vector technical drawings. For an existing product, photographs of the whole and important joints are helpful.
An example of a custom acrylic product
Box, stand or display element
For the box, indicate whether the dimensions apply to the interior or exterior and what kind of cover you need. For the stand, indicate what it will hold and send a layout sketch by email. For both, the positions of the joints and visible surfaces are important.
What to send for a quote
- Purpose, place of use and final external or internal dimensions.
- Material, color, thickness and quantity of products.
- Assembly plan, openings, joints, folds and possible engraving.
- Sample photos or description of the desired appearance; send documents by email.
