How is a custom acrylic tray made?

From material preparation to shaped edges
Making an acrylic tray involves several steps. First, the material is prepared, then it is heated and the edges are shaped. In the original recording from the POS Plastika workshop, you can see part of this process and the creation of a custom product.
The tray shown is also linked to our online store. There, a tray made of 3 mm thick acrylic, measuring 310 × 170 mm and 40 mm high, with handles on the sides, is presented. Check the different colors and engraving options for each design.
