ALUMINIUM COMPOSITE PANELS

Aluminium composite panels consist of multiple layers that together form a solid and durable material. The core of the panel is made of polyethylene. This layer provides stability and rigidity to the panel and keeps it lightweight. Attached to both sides of the inner core is a thinner layer of aluminum. The aluminum layer provides strength, corrosion resistance, and panel stability. On the outer side of the aluminum layer is typically a finishing coating that gives the aluminum composite panel the desired appearance, UV resistance, and additional protection against weathering.
