Aluminum composite panels are made up of multiple layers that together form a solid and durable material. The core of the panel is made from polyethylene. This layer provides stability and strength to the panel while keeping it lightweight. A thinner layer of aluminum is attached to both sides of the inner core. The aluminum layer ensures strength, corrosion resistance, and stability of the panel. A finish coating is typically applied to the outer side of the aluminum layer, giving the aluminum composite panel the desired appearance, UV resistance, and additional protection against weather elements.
