H, L or U profile: which one to choose?
For 3 mm thick composite panels, select the profile according to the position of the panels and the edge you want to terminate. The diagrams show the arrangement of the grooves.
H profile for a flat joint
Two opposing grooves connect the edges of the panels in the same plane. Select it for a flat joint of two panels.
H profile for 3 mm panelsL profile for corner joint
Two grooves at right angles connect the panels in a corner joint. Select it where the two surfaces meet.
L profile for 3 mm panelsU profile for edge finishing
One groove hugs the edge of an individual panel and forms its end. Choose it for an open edge without a joint with another panel.

Thickness and dimensions of composite panels
Aluminium - polyethylene - aluminium
An aluminium composite panel is a multilayer semi-finished product with two outer aluminium layers and a polyethylene core. The color or finish may differ on each side. When choosing, consider the purpose, method of attachment and intended processing in addition to the appearance.
Choose a format based on the finished piece
The published products have a thickness of 3 mm. The standard width of most designs is 1500 mm, while the mirror design is 1220 mm wide. Please check the dimensions of the selected variant before purchasing; different colors do not necessarily have the same range of formats.

Width of six color combinations. Lengths are 1000, 2000 and 3050 mm; for silver / white also 4050 mm.

Width of the mirror / white matt design. You can choose a length of 1000, 2000 or 3050 mm.

Signs and advertising panels
Flat semi-finished product for signs, signboards and graphic substrates. In your enquiry, please specify the final format, single-sided or double-sided use and the method of attachment. If you plan to print or glue graphics, coordinate the compatibility of the selected surface with the intended process.
Interior cladding and furniture elements
Matt, glossy, brushed or mirror surfaces allow for different looks of cladding and furniture components. When ordering, specify the visible side, the course of joints and edge finishes. For a coordinated composition, also check the aluminium H, L and U profiles.
Shapes and components according to plan
The panels can be cut and further mechanically processed. For a piece with cutouts, holes or a special contour, prepare a dimensioned sketch or plan. Please provide dimensions, number of pieces, position of visible side and accuracy requirements so that we can agree on the specification.

Basic information for choosing color, format and processing.
What is an aluminium composite panel?
This is a multilayer panel with aluminium outer layers and a polyethylene core. The published versions in our store are 3 mm thick and have different colors or finishes on both sides.
Do all colors have the same dimensions?
No. Most versions have a width of 1500 mm, while the mirror version has a width of 1220 mm. The lengths of 1000, 2000 and 3050 mm are published for all seven color combinations; silver / white also includes a length of 4050 mm. Check the available variants for the selected product.
What does white matt / white gloss mean?
These are two surfaces of the same panel: one side is white matt, the other is white gloss. The same principle applies to other combinations. When cutting or manufacturing according to plan, mark the desired visible side.
Can I order custom-made panels?
Yes. For cutting, enter the final dimensions, number of pieces and selected color combination in the enquiry. For special shapes, cutouts or CNC machining, send the plan by email. We will coordinate the design and price according to your requirements.
Are profiles for panels also available?
We offer aluminium H, L and U profiles for 3 mm thick aluminium composite panels. Check the appropriate shape and length in the profile category according to the planned joints and finishes.
