The general terms and conditions of the online store POS PLASTIKA d.o.o. are composed in accordance with the Consumer Protection Act (ZVPot), based on the recommendations of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Slovenia (GZS). The online store POS PLASTIKA d.o.o. (hereinafter referred to as "the store") is managed by the company.
Upon registration in the store POS PLASTIKA d.o.o., the visitor uses a username, which is actually their email address, and a password that they choose during the registration process. The username and password unequivocally identify and link the user to the entered data. By registering, the visitor becomes a user and gains the right to purchase. The general terms of business address the operation of the store, the rights of the user, and the business relationship between the provider and the buyer.
The provider commits to always provide the buyer with the following information:
The regular price applies to all users of the store. Registration is also possible during the purchasing process.
Promotional prices for items on sale are valid until the date marked on the product presentation page, otherwise until stocks are sold out.
All prices include VAT unless explicitly stated otherwise. Prices are valid at the moment the order is placed and do not have a predetermined validity period. Prices apply in the case of payment by the payment methods listed below, under the conditions specified below.
The sales contract between the provider and the buyer is concluded at the moment the provider confirms the order (the buyer receives an email about the actual calculation/proforma invoice of the completed purchase). From that moment, all prices and other conditions are fixed and apply to both the provider and the buyer. The original invoice and delivery note are sent to the buyer along with the shipment.
The provider strives to ensure the accuracy and timeliness of the data presented on the website. However, the characteristics of the items, delivery times, and prices may change, so there is a possibility that the provider may not be able to update the data on the website simultaneously with the changes. In such cases, the buyer will be informed of the changes and given the option to withdraw from the purchase or exchange the ordered item. If the price of an item changes during the processing of the order, the provider will inform the buyer. The provider will do its best to ensure that the buyer is offered a lower price or an appropriate solution that will satisfy both parties. In the event of unforeseen price changes for a specific product or inability to supply, the provider reserves the right to withdraw from the contract.
1. Order Acceptance
When the buyer places an order, they receive a notification via email that the order has been accepted. At the same time, this notification serves as confirmation of the order. After this, the buyer has the option to cancel their order within one hour. The buyer has access to information about the status and content of the order on the provider's website.
2. Order Confirmation
If the buyer does not cancel the order, it proceeds to processing. The provider reviews the order, checks the availability of the ordered items, and either fulfills the order or rejects it for a valid reason. The provider may call the buyer on their contact phone number or write to them at their contact email address to verify the data or ensure the accuracy of the delivery. The purchase contract for the ordered items between the buyer and the provider is irrevocably concluded at this stage.
3. Dispatch of Goods
The provider prepares the goods within the agreed timeframe, ships them, and notifies the buyer via email. The provider also informs the buyer about the return policy through original documents (delivery note), where to turn in case of delivery delays, and where to turn in case of complaints.
To carry out the purchasing process, registration of the buyer on the provider's website is required. The buyer can register on the website under the section "Log In" or "Registration." It is also possible to purchase without registration. The provider will treat the personal data of buyers confidentially, protect it carefully, and use it for the smooth execution of the purchasing process, and may share it with contractual processors (shipping distributors) as necessary. The data will never be misused in any way.
Communication with users:
In the case of advertising, the provider will contact the user via remote communication means only if the user allows it by subscribing to the newsletter.

The provider uses appropriate technological and organizational measures to protect the transmission and storage of personal data and payments.
With the introduction of the new regulation, we would like to inform you that we will continue to store the contact information you provided when subscribing to our newsletters or when making your purchase. This includes your first name, last name, address, email address, and phone number. If you are a legal entity, we also store multiple sets of contact information if you provided more.
The data obtained from your purchase will be kept as long as required by the laws governing the relationship between the seller and the buyer and all related laws on the financial operations of companies. The data obtained solely from your subscription to our newsletters will be kept until you inform us of your wish to delete it.
In addition, your rights include:
• Access, deletion, and other rights: you can access the stored data related to you at any time (Article 15 of the General Data Protection Regulation). Additionally, under Articles 16 to 21 of the General Data Protection Regulation, you have the right to rectify and delete your data, the right to restrict processing, and the right to data portability that you provided to us.
• Complaint: you have the right to contact the provider at any time in case of a complaint regarding the processing of your data.
• Withdrawal: if the processing of data is based on your consent, you can withdraw it at any time with effect for the future. However, if the processing of data is based on our legitimate interest (arising from the contractual relationship), you can object to such processing at any time for reasons arising from your specific situation. In such a case, we will process your data only if there are demonstrable urgent legitimate reasons for processing that prevail over your interests, rights, and freedoms or if the processing serves to assert, exercise, or defend legal claims.
Ordering takes place via the internet 24 hours a day, every day of the year. The buyer selects and orders products available in the online store, categorized by product categories. By purchasing, the buyer agrees to the use of personal data for the successful conclusion of the contract and its fulfillment (issuing invoices, delivery, etc.). After placing the order, the buyer receives a notification via email about the receipt of the order. It includes the products and quantities selected by the buyer. In case of any changes to the order or cancellation, the buyer must notify the provider at the email address info@pos-plastika.si, including the order number mentioned in the proforma invoice received via email. The provider discreetly packages and ships the goods within the promised timeframe. The terms of business also cover the presentation of the provider's policy regarding the return of goods and where to turn in case of delivery delays or complaints.
The provider allows the buyer to pay for the ordered products:
- by cash on delivery (payment upon delivery),
- by proforma invoice,
- by credit card (MasterCard®, Visa).
Cash on Delivery
In the case of cash on delivery, the buyer hands over cash to the postal worker or delivery person upon receiving the package. They will make the payment on behalf of the buyer using a special payment slip, with the buyer paying a commission according to the valid price list of the Slovenian Post.
Proforma Invoice Payment
In the case of proforma invoice payment, the buyer receives payment details via email immediately after placing the order. If the buyer wants to receive the ordered items as soon as possible, they can send proof of payment to the email address info@pos-plastika.si; otherwise, the provider will ship the goods as soon as they notice the buyer's payment to the transaction account. The provider commits to regularly and promptly monitor payments with the interest of quick dispatch.
The provider issues an invoice to the buyer on a durable medium, detailing costs and instructions on how to withdraw from the purchase and return items if necessary and possible.
The provider will keep the order in written form at its headquarters. The buyer can request a copy of the order via email or in person at the provider's headquarters, which will be sent electronically or handed over personally after identifying the buyer with their username and password.
Credit Card Payment
In the online store Pos plastika d.o.o., we allow payment by credit card.
Visa, MasterCard.
Payment by credit card online is secure and fast, and the payment process is extremely simple.
Shipping costs and methods apply only to purchases made through the online store.
The provider will deliver the goods or services within the agreed timeframe. If the provider has the ordered item in its own warehouse, it will deliver it to the buyer within 3 days. If the product is not in the provider's warehouse, it will be delivered to the buyer as soon as possible or within 30 days from the receipt of the order. The shipping partner is the Slovenian Post, but the provider reserves the right to choose another delivery service if it can fulfill the order more efficiently. Shipping and packaging costs of €6.00 are charged for purchases under €10.00; for purchases over €10.00, the shipping cost is €5.00; for orders over €200.00, the provider covers the shipping costs.
The consumer (this applies exclusively to individuals who acquire or use goods for purposes outside their professional or business activities) has the right to notify the provider within fourteen (14) days of receiving the goods that they withdraw from the contract without having to provide a reason for their decision. It is considered that the notification is timely if the shipment is sent within the deadline. The only cost incurred by the consumer in connection with the withdrawal from the contract is the direct cost of returning the goods. The goods must be returned to the provider no later than thirty (30) days from the notification of withdrawal. The user can notify the company POS PLASTIKA d.o.o. of the intended return no later than 14 days from receiving the goods by mail (Pos plastika d.o.o., Podgorska cesta 30, 1317 Sodražica) or at the contact email address info@pos-plastika.si.
The sender bears the return costs unless otherwise agreed in writing in advance. The provider does not accept shipments with cash on delivery. In the case of delivery at the provider's expense, the return costs will be charged to the buyer according to the valid price list of the Slovenian Post. The provider is not responsible for costs incurred due to actions outside the terms of business. The products must be unused, undamaged, and in their original undamaged packaging. A copy of the invoice must be included. A return form (letter) is also desirable to expedite the return or exchange process. The form should also include the bank account number to which the money will be refunded in case of a return.
Refunds will be processed as soon as possible, but no later than 30 days from the receipt of the withdrawal notification.
The provider strives to ensure the accuracy and timeliness of the data published on its pages. However, the characteristics of the items, delivery times, or prices may change so quickly that the provider may not be able to correct the data on the website. In such cases, the provider will inform the buyer of the changes and allow them to withdraw from the order or exchange the ordered item. Although the provider strives to provide accurate photographs of the products for sale, all photographs should be taken as symbolic. Photographs do not guarantee the characteristics of the product.
The provider respects the applicable consumer protection legislation. The provider strives to fulfill its duty to establish an effective complaint handling system and designate a person with whom the buyer can contact by phone or email in case of problems. The provider will confirm receipt of the complaint within five working days, inform the buyer how long it will take to handle it, and keep them updated on the progress of the process. The provider is aware that a key feature of consumer disputes, at least regarding judicial resolution, is the disproportion between the economic value of the claim and the costs incurred in resolving the dispute itself. This is also the main obstacle for the consumer to initiate a dispute before the court. Therefore, the provider strives to resolve any disputes amicably.
